We invite you to participate OTN's work of addressing homelessness in Nashville by donating a fixed portion of every home sold. Together, we can enhance our communities and connect more people with a safe place to call home.

The Keychain Project is a pledge campaign for realtors and developers. You can commit at any of the following 5 levels:
Platinum Key
Pledge $5,000 per unit sold for 10 units
Gold Key
Pledge $5,000 per unit sold for 5 units OR $2,500 per unit sold for 10 units
Silver Key
Pledge $2,000 per unit sold for 5 units OR $1,000 per unit sold for 10 units
Bronze Key
Pledge $1,000 per unit sold for 5 units OR $500 per unit sold for 10 units
Copper Key
Pledge $500 per unit sold for 5 units
